Here in the USA we have several states which have stopped reporting or fudged the numbers. Presumably, if you don't report it...it just isn't happening.

Do I really need to state the obvious?

These are Republican States.

Worldwide, the number of deaths has long surpassed 5 million.

(Hard to believe when I started tracking this there were only 305 people who had died.)

Although I am fully vaccinated and have had a booster...I am back to wearing my mask everywhere, because

ONLY 32% of my county is vaccinated.

I didn't grow old by being STUPID.

My empathy needle on the Give-A-Shit-O-Meter is now permanently stuck on zero.

Sometimes I think (collectively) we as a species are too ignorant to not go extinct.

On particularly bad days...I see it as an improvement.
