And we spoke too soon.

It seemed like things were looking up...then the Delta Variant arrived.

The new variant 60% more transmissible and somewhat more deadly.

Worldwide there are now 4 million dead from Covid.

To compound the problem in the USA, we have so many many people who refuse to get vaccinated. Not just few here and there but...well...a lot.

In my county (PUTNAM) alone we only have a 34% vaccination rate. That means 66% of everyone out here is unvaccinated. 

That is just INSANE.

The cases and deaths are rising again.

All preventable, this time.

sigh

I am fully vaccinated and have been since April.

Still wearing a mask when I have to be out around people...because damn...

As long as people view the shot as a political issue, unsafe or unnecessary...I don't see this Plague ending anytime soon.

Stupid..stupid people.
